Holly has focused her many talents towards realising new opportunities within the Insurance industry, growing Shepherd Compello’s broking network and expanding the profile of the company within the global risks market. Duncan joined the Board of Directors at Shepherd Compello in 2018 as arguably the UK’s leading B2C warranty expert. Having worked with our team for over 20 years, he is now playing a key role in growing the business as a specialist warranty broker and administrator.

Steve is a highly experienced Delegated Authorities specialist. With a career spanned over 20 years, he has a wealth of knowledge across a range of property insurance classes as both an underwriter and a broker. He is an associate of the Chartered Insurance Institute (ACII).

Neil has almost 40 years' experience in the Insurance industry working with various classes of business. At Shepherd Compello, his main scope is to produce and manage North American Property Binders - an area he has been developing and underwriting since 1995. Away from the office, Neil is a keen badminton enthusiast!

Our Divisional Director Lea has over 27 years' experience in the London Insurance Market. She specialises in Transportation & Haulage Companies throughout 32 counties of Ireland and South Africa, as well as various types of Commercial/Manufacturing Operations and also Leisure.

Our Senior Broker Fabio is responsible for developing new business opportunities whilst supporting the existing clients where required. He enjoys building new schemes that may generate positive outcome for all parties. His recent achievements include placing a drone/UAV binder for an Irish intermediary with a syndicate that had never written it before!

Stefania has over 20 years’ experience in insurance motor affinity, covering roles as insurance manager in leading Captive Financial Companies for automotive, trucks, light commercial vehicles, agriculture, and construction machines. At Shepherd Compello, she develops and manages motor affinity markets with multi-year international programs.

Mike has over 30 years of experience in the Lloyd’s insurance market, with the last 20+ years in the field of Delegated Authorities across various classes of business and territories.  He joined Shepherd Compello at the start of 2021 as Head of Technical and Claims.
